Special shout to the beach guy who was serving us drinks. There were police patrols daily on the beach reminding that you are protected - thank you for your service guys. Beach was great and well maintained, no seaweeds on the shore. First of all it needs a designated spot for entertainment and shows, and the quality of shows needs to be addressed as well. One major improvement this hotel needs is - entertainment. Tony’s and French have compensated for all of them though. That’s how we rated La carte restaurants 1 Tony’s 2 French 3 Japanese Italian and Mexican restaurants required major work on the menu and food quality. Food is good, plenty of choices including seafood.

The hotels personnel is highly trained and super professional which makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. We stayed at Iberostar Grand Paraiso for a week and all I can say it was a great vacation.
